A) Vaman (medication induced vomiting)

Vamana is a procedure in which Doshas (waste products or toxins) are eliminated through upper channels i.e. mouth. Specially the Kapha and Pitta Dosha brought to Amashaya (stomach and duodenum) from all over the body by the specific preoperative procedures and then eliminated out by inducing the emesis.
B) Virechan (medication induced loose motion )

Virechana or Virechana Karma is a purification therapy and one among the five scared, healing therapies of the Panchakarma. The Panchakarma encompasses five treatments that can prevent and heal a number of physical, mental and emotional disorders and illnesses.
C) Basti (medicated enema)

Basti is administration of ayurvedic medicine through anal route . It helps to manage doshas which cause the hair , skin or body diseases There are different types of bastis like shodhana, bruhan , lekhan suitable type is chosen according to disease and nadi conditions
D) Raktamokshan ( blood letting)

Raktamokshana derives its name from Rakta meaning ‘blood’ and mokshana meaning ‘liberation’. This treatment literally ‘releases’ impure blood from the system
E) Nasya ( medicine administration through nose)

Nasyam is administration of ayurvedic medicine through nostrils . There are different types of nasyam like shodhana , bruhana etc suitable type is chosen according to the disease and nadi conditions.
